By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, registering as a prospective male companion, or requesting client booking coordination, you expressly agree to abide by and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
1. Age & Legal Eligibility Requirement
All services offered on Call Boys Club are intended strictly for consenting adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to browse this site, register as a companion, or book an appointment. Any misrepresentation of age constitutes an immediate breach of this agreement and results in permanent blacklisting.
2. Nature of Platform & Agency Matching
Call Boys Club functions as a premier professional introduction and coordination agency. We facilitate connections between independent adult companions and adult female clients for social accompaniment, fine dining dates, VIP nightlife hosting, and private romantic companionship. All activities between consenting adults are governed by voluntary consent and personal comfort boundaries.
3. Payment & Payout Regulations
Standard companion compensation ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per meeting, settled on the same day via direct cash or instant electronic transfer upon appointment conclusion. The agency does not charge upfront registration fees to companions. Any discretionary tips or gifts given by clients remain 100% the property of the companion.
4. Prohibited Behavior & Conduct Standards
All members must maintain the highest standards of decorum, polite social manners, and mutual respect. The following activities are strictly prohibited: (a) Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or coercion; (b) Attempting to record video, audio, or capture photographs without explicit written consent; (c) Any attempt at extortion or identity disclosure; (d) Soliciting illegal substances. Any violation will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal referral.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms
Both companions and clients may reschedule or cancel confirmed bookings with at least 3 hours' advance notice prior to the scheduled meeting time by contacting our 24/7 concierge desk on WhatsApp (+91 9650420190). Repeated late cancellations without valid reasons may result in temporary profile deactivation.
6. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
Call Boys Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from interactions between consenting adults outside the scope of agency matchmaking. Users agree that any disputes arising from website usage shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to arbitration in accordance with applicable local commercial statutes.
